The Fundació Comtal, one of the entities with which we collaborate, highlights in its blog the story of Ousman, one of our scholarship students who, thanks to his scholarship, has been able to study a Course in Electricity:
“Ousman, 18, was born in Nasse, a small town in Gambia. Three years ago, he embarked on a difficult journey to the Canary Islands with the hope of improving his quality of life and finding more educational and work opportunities. In the Canary Islands he was transferred to various juvenile centers until he arrived at a center in Mataró, where he began to study a CFGM in Electricity, his true passion.
[…]
Ousman is currently about to complete his CFGM in Electricity and aims to obtain a driving license. His dream is also to start his own business. “I want to create a maintenance company in Gambia,” says Ousman. It is quite a challenge, but with his energy and proactivity, he will surely succeed.”
We continue to provide Ousman with a scholarship so that he can fulfil his dreams. Once again, we would like to thank all of our donors. Without you, none of this would be possible!Find the full story here: https://comtal.org/de-la-incertesa-a-locupabilitat/
